We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to assist; however, once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting Australia Post using your tracking number. If you require further assistance, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted soaps and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly. To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photographs of the product and its packaging.
